Where does the charger data come from?

ChargeAE’s map is built from open charging-network data, primarily Open Charge Map, plus operator information, and is kept current. If you find a charger that’s missing, closed, or listed wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we’ll fix it.

Is my location shared with anyone?

No. Your location is used on your device to show nearby chargers and to navigate. It isn’t sold or shared with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy.

How does the AI Concierge work?

You ask a question in English or Arabic; the app answers using only the real chargers in its database. It won’t invent stations, prices, or distances.

Does ChargeAE work in Arabic?

Yes — the whole app is available in Arabic with full right-to-left layout. Switch language any time from the Credits screen.

Is the app free?

Yes. Finding chargers, planning trips, and tracking your charging costs are all free.
